Our messaging system makes it easy to message your doctor. At the bottom of your online dashboard, you will find an option to “Message Clinic.” In addition to a message, you can also upload photographs along with the message. When your doctor responds, you will receive an email notification that you have a message in your account. Typically, your doctor will respond within 1-2 working days. They do not work weekends or holidays, but someone is always on call.
