About one third of our clients with acne will get worse when starting a new prescription. This is normal. Typically this starts 1 week after starting a new prescription and will resolve by 6 weeks.
You might see anything from small, superficial bumps to inflamed pimples. However, after it resolves you should have clearer skin. If what you are experiencing is different, please message the clinic through your account.
